I used red, orange, aqua, purple, hot pink, green[light and dark] and a kind of hay/straw colored watercolor pencils.

I often do this when I'm bored, just doodle whatever comes to mind on my leg. 
But I think this is really cute, I love the heart with the kinda...spiral things around it. :3
